Acme Bicycles will work on department store basket cases, help
free your sweet old 80's ATB bought on a whim two decades ago
from the confines of two flat tires and an inch of dust in the
back corner of the garage. Acme appreciates the arcane,
the high tech, the plain-jane. Your bike has to fit in
there somewhere. Tandems, recumbents, hell, even tandem
recumbents for that matter.
Mail order, internet shoppers, used, new, bought from our
competitors? Well, it's all good at Acme Bicycles. We
shall work on it, don't be shy, drag that bike in and we will
do our best. If you need help with warranty issues, need
a hand dealing with a manufacturer, we are your shop.
AND if we can't do it, we won't BS you. Be careful, I'll
try to trick you into a new bike if your rig is getting sad!
Acme staff has mind control powers that any Jedi or even Lee
Mu Bi would be proud of!
All our new bikes come with 2 free tune ups and a year of
minor adjustments. Acme strives to keep our bike
customers on the road, so we do better assemblies to start
with, but we will keep on working with you till we do it
right. We don't sell 3,000 bikes a year (more like 150)
so it is a bit easier to keep a handle on this than the Super
Mega Ultra Store down stream. We don't sell exer-junk,
just bikes. Bikes, bikes, bikes, that is what it is all
about.
In fact, if Orville and Wilbur hadn't beaten us to it, we just
may have invented flight. But then, that isn't bikes.
